We are looking for a dynamic and versatile IT and Projection Manager to join our team!

As an IT and Projection Manager you will provide IT, sound, and projection support across our cinemas throughout the UK. This role involves installing, servicing, and troubleshooting cinema projection and sound equipment, as well as IT systems, while also supporting the development of new and existing projects.

You will play a crucial role in maintaining operational excellence at our sites, aiding day-to-day cinema operations, and ensuring seamless technical delivery for our guests. Due to the nature of this role, the individual must be available to respond to urgent after-hours calls, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, on a shared roster basis.

This is HYBRID/FIELD BASED role that requires frequent travel to various venues from North West to Kent.

About You

  • Proven experience in Cinema Engineering with a strong understanding of cinema projection technologies and audio systems,
  • Solid experience in IT systems, including Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL, networking, and virtualisation technologies,
  • Ability to troubleshoot error logs and provide practical, creative solutions under pressure,
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges,
  • A highly organised individual with the ability to manage multiple tasks across multiple sites,
  • Personable, with excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders,
  • A full, valid UK driving licence with the flexibility to travel to sites across the UK,
  • Full qualifications in Barco and NEC projectors and Dolby Sound Systems are highly desirable,
  • Experience with Vista Entertainment Solutions,
  • Knowledge of coding or scripting would be advantageous but is not essential,
  • BSc degree in IT, Computer Science, or relevant field (or equivalent experience).
